Hello, Fellow Travelers

I would like to personally welcome you to Sally’s Adventures, my little corner of the world created just for you!

For more than two decades, I have traveled simply for the joy of it. Friends and people I met along the way would often asked me, “Do you have a travel blog?” Now that I am retired and finally have a little more room to breathe, I decided it was time to listen, so here we are!

Every country you will find here is one I have personally visited or lived in. Like most travelers, reality is, we only have a few days or weeks to visit a destination, and don’t have the time to see everything the destination has to offer.

My Goal here is a bit untraditional but I wanted to create a comprehensive one-stop travel hub where you can plan, prepare, and explore each destination with ease. I have designed this site the same way I plan my own trips, by asking the questions that matter:

• What do I need prior to traveling?
• What are the top sites to visit?
• How does the local culture work?
• What about currency, safety, transportation, SIM cards, must try food, and neighborhoods?
• What are the things no one tells me until after I land?

So what I share here is a blend of my own real experiences, the highs, the mishaps, the surprises, along with in-depth research to fill in the gaps.

You will find honest, tactful insights backed by careful research so you do not have to dig through ten different websites to get the full picture. Travel policies and local rules change often, so if you notice something new or updated, I welcome your constructive comments so other travelers can benefit as well.

Think of this space as a mix of my personal experiences, practical guidance, and curated knowledge, all designed to help you choose the right cities, experiences, and paths based on your timeline and travel style.

My true passion is travel and my #1 Goal here is to hopefully encourage you to explore boldly, follow your curiosity, and see the world with No borders. No limits and Just go!!!
